The 9760HD IP is the latest receiver from the Protek range. 

A fantastic receiver that has all the functions you’d expect from a modern HD receiver. Full HD 1080i, 720p, 576p, USB 2.0 Ready, Dolby Digital 5.1 Audio Decoding, Card Reader, and the all important Internet connection via Ethernet Port.

Why is the Ethernet Port so Important? I hear you ask. Although we can only sell the Protek as a free to air receiver it can be tweaked using a USB stick to do much more. We are unable to discuss due to legal reasons how to tweak or what happens when you do but a quick search on Google will answer many of your questions.

Picture quality a excellent even through a scart but with a HDMI cable the quality is crisp and sharp. To get the most out of the Protek you may consider a motorised dish and the receivers USALS facility makes tuning in satellites very easy or at very least I’d suggest a dualsat for the Astra 1 and Hotbird Satellites. Again set up is very easy.
